Tuned Minarelli motors tend to develop problems with vibration around theprimary drive shaft
, especially at higher revs. The’Third Support’ solution offered by MALOSSI employs a supplementary shaft bearing, located in the crankcase cover, to solve this problem in combination with astraight-cut 14/42 primary drive cog assembly
. Theprimary drive shaft is provided with extra support by an additional bearing
, positioned on the outer side of the crankcase cover. This results in a more efficient and effective CVT transmission system.A 10 mm hole must be made in the crankcase housing cover.
