The 8″ chrome rod supports a black backed mirror while the longer 9-3/4″ chrome rod has a chrome backed mirror. These nice shiny mirrors use the common right-hand (clockwise) 8 x 1.25 metric thread and are mountable on a very wide variety of snowmobile and scooters brands and models. Most current models have special mirror receptacles mounted on both sides of the handlebar.
