If a larger COSA or CNC machined clutch is installed in a largeframe engine it can sometimes collide with internal sections of the clutch cover, such as the clutch lever. You can either modify these parts by having them machined or resort to ready-made aftermarket solutions. If the space created remains insufficient you will be well advised to consider this practical

What are the distinguishing features of these Serie Pro clutch cover spacers
Material: V2A stainless steel.
Made in Germany.
Laser-cut and extensively de-burred.

This clutch cover spacer, from the Serie Pro range of components, is 100% made in Germany and its most outstanding feature must be the choice of its production material. Due to its stainless steel construction it cannot be so easily deformed as its aluminium counterparts, which is a definite advantage when the clutch is exposed to frequent access. A form stability is guaranteed due to the laser cutting and extensive de-burring during their manufacture. The individually available different thicknesses of these spacers means the 1.0 and 1.5mm grades allow combination for correct adjustment to the desired height. As wide as is necessary, while remaining as slim as possible, to achieve maximum rear wheel and tyre clearance!
